ERTICO and the National Host Partners of the ITS European Congress Brainport 2019, are pleased to invite you to the Open Day that will be held June 8 th 2018 in Eindhoven and Helmond, the Netherlands.
The Open Day provides an ideal platform for you to see, hear and experience, what (business) opportunities the ITS European Congress will offer you in 2019.
From 3-6 June 2019, the 13 th ITS European Congress will be held in the Brainport region in the Netherlands. Under the theme ‘Fulfilling ITS promises’ , the 2019 Congress gives you access to the entire ITS community. Over 3000 participants from over 50 countries will be represented and the Congress will attract some of the most established and recognisable companies and influencers in the mobility field. By representing your organisation, you position yourself among the latest ITS solutions and most advanced technologies, putting you in the marketplace for the future of mobility.

Preliminary programme
12.00 hours
Warm welcome at the Evoluon in Eindhoven by ERTICO and members of the host committee with informal lunch and first orientation of the venue Evoluon
13.00 hours
Official welcome by ERTICO, ITS Netherlands and host cities Plenary presentations by representatives of ERTICO and National Host Committee about slogan, status, side-events and commercial packages. Including Q&A session.
13.30 hours
Venue tours in small groups with experienced venue guides. You can see all the different locations that will be used as exhibition area. There will be sufficient time for your questions about the different ways to represent your organization at the exhibition area.
14.30 hours
Transfer to the Helmond Automotive Campus – a living lab for smart mobility solutions! During the transfer the demo possibilities on the congress corridor will be explained and showed.
15.00 hours
We will show the outside area and explain the ideas about demonstrations to be held here.
16.15 hours
Mingle and networking, including transfer back to Evoluon in Eindhoven
17.00 hours
Close of the Open Day meeting at Evoluon in Eindhoven
